Ink & Riso
During this workshop, you'll have the opportunity experiment and get creative with black ink. We’ll be making strokes, spatters, and blotches and experimenting with different textures. These will serve as the foundation for your design/ illustration, and ultimately your riso print!
At the end of the workshop, you'll be taking a series of original prints with you. This means you'll have tangible pieces of your artwork, printed in riso.

Introduction to black ink & risograph printing
During the first part of the workshop we will dive right into black ink! A versatile art material that can be used in many ways. You will learn how to use the ink together with other materials to make interesting textures and effects.
From black to colour!
Once you are done with your design we can start printing! Transform your black & white design into a colourful print.
I will explain how the risograph printer works and you will get to print your design in two colours.
At the end of the workshop you will get to take 15 copies of your design to take home.
