Zine Festival - Funky Portraits (4 Weeks)

  • Riso Pop 36 Krugerstraat Amsterdam, NH, 1091 LH Netherlands (map)

What’s in a face? Join this fun workshop where you will transform a portrait into a colourful riso collage!

During this course we will be exploring the possibilities of collage making with riso through the theme of ‘Portraits’. You don’t need to know how to draw! With the help of fun exercises, you get to transform portraits into colourful riso collages. In these two days you will not only learn about risograph printing, but also basic bookbinding as your piece will become part of a collaborative, handmade zine. Which you then get to take home!

In this course we will work fully analogue, so there’s no laptop/iPad or knowledge of photoshop needed. All levels welcome.

What will you learn in this 4 week course?
