Ik mis México (‘I miss Mexico’ in Dutch) is not only an illustrated recipe book, but also a compilation of stories. Each recipe is accompanied by a short text explaining why this dish brings each participant back home. The illustrations were created by a mix of students from the INBA arts school in Mexico City and Mexican illustrators based in the Netherlands.
